Enrique “Rickey” Palmer, B/M, DOB 01/07/1989 of Shreveport is wanted in connection with a theft of new construction products taken from a home under construction in the 1400 block of Suwannee Lane in Woodlake Ridge subdivision. His co-defendants, Lynesha McCall and Paul Thompson, were apprehended shortly before midnight on 07/30/2014 when a patrol deputy noticed McCall acting suspiciously in the neighborhood. It was later learned that McCall was acting as counter surveillance for Thompson and Palmer who were loading bundles of shingles into a box style UHAUL truck. Thompson was apprehended that night but Palmer remains on the loose. All three suspects are persons of interests in several similar thefts in Caddo and Bossier Parish. Bossier City Property Crimes Detectives need the publics help in identifying several suspects involved in stealing cartons of cigarettes from area Circle K`s. Over the past several weeks multiple subjects enter the Circle K during the late night or early morning hours and ask the clerk to make fresh coffee. While the clerk is distracted the suspects go behind the counter and take around 15 cartons at a time valued at 1500.00. Anyone with information that can identify the suspects is asked to leave their tip here or call 424-4100. A reward of 600.00 is being offered at this time.
On June 3rd 2014 the victim went to WalMart located at 2536 Airline Drive to go shopping. While she was at the business a black female suspect captured on surveillance removed the victim’s wallet from her purse, and later made two purchases with the victim’s stolen credit card at the business. Suspect then left the area in a dark colored passenger vehicle. Shortly thereafter, the same black female suspect went to Dillard’s located inside of Pier Bossier Mall and used the victim’s stolen credit card to make a 3rd purchase.
Suspect: Middle aged black female subject, 5’-08”- 6’-00”, 160-175lbs, wearing a white sleeveless shirt, black sweat pants with a white stripe down both legs, and tennis shoes.

Delon Manning has 5 outstanding felony warrants involving burglary. Delon Manning is a black male and his date of birth is 03/03/1995. He is believed to be in the Bossier City area. . On 04-25-2014, unknown female entered Sheer Results on Barksdale Blvd. She stole two wallets out of purses. She then went to 4612 Barksdale (Dollar General) and spent $327.11. She then went to Walmart on Airline Dr. around 1652 hrs and spent $377.14. She is in the black outfit also got into the blue truck. She was in the passenger seat.

SNAPPY SCRUBS CAR WASH ARMED ROBBERY
The Bossier City Police Department responded to a report of an armed robbery this morning that occurred at a local car wash.
Police were called to the Snappy Scrubs Car Wash in the 1900 block of Benton Road at 6:30 a.m. Tuesday. An employee tells police he was preparing to open the business for the day when two suspects entered the office and robbed him at gunpoint.
The suspects got an undisclosed amount of money from the business and fled the scene on foot. The employee was not injured.
The suspects both had their faces covered and were wearing dark clothing.

On 4/23/2014 at approximately 3 p.m. a white female entered a business located in
the 5000 block of Highway 3. The female has glasses, brown hair, and is wearing
pink shorts, a shirt with unknown logo, and a large lime green bag. The female
entered a back room of the business and stole a wallet from a purse. The
suspect’s vehicle is a silver SUV possibly a Dodge Durango. Anyone with

The Bossier City Police Department and Bossier Crime Stoppers are hoping that someone can help identify these two theft suspects who recently stole a Nikon D3200 camera (valued at $650.00) from the Target store on Beene Blvd in Bossier City.
Detectives with the Property Crimes Unit are looking for the white male and white female suspects shown in this photo who were caught on video surveillance in the business’ electronics section, removing the Nikon camera from the store shelf and placing it into a plastic Target bag after removing the security wire that surrounded the camera’s packaging. The suspects then exited the store without paying for the merchandise, and they fled in what appeared to be a grey or tan colored 4 door sedan (possibly a Mercury Grand Marquis, Ford Crown Victoria, or Chevrolet Caprice). The suspects appear to be between the ages of 45 & 55 years old.

Bossier City police are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a man who shoplifted merchandise at a local store and then assaulted a store employee.
The incident happened on March 30, 2014 at the Walmart in the 2500 block of Airline Drive. Store personnel tell police they observed the suspect remove a firearm light from its package and conceal it on his person before making his way to the exit. When a member of the store’s loss prevention staff contacted the suspect asking that he accompany him to the security office, the suspect slapped the employee in the face and ran to the parking lot where he got into a seafoam green colored Ford Expedition and drove off. The employee did not require emergency medical attention.
The suspect was caught on security camera video and Bossier Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward to anyone who can provide information about him that leads to an arrest.
The suspect is described as a black male believed to be in his mid 20’s. He’s between 5’8” and 6’1” tall, weighs an estimated 160 to 190 pounds and had shoulder length dreadlocks.

Detectives are looking for a suspect that went into Moffitt Audi on Old Minden Rd in Bossier City and stole a 2014 Audi A7 White in color. The suspect was a white male with black curly hair and tattoos on both arms. The suspect arrived at the dealership in a black Mercedes with temp tags and is believed to be stolen 10 days ago form Holmes European in Shreveport. There was a black male with the white male and the black male left driving the black Mercedes.

On April 7, 2014 First United Methodist Church, located at 201 John Wesley in Bossier City, was broken into. Upon making entry the suspect, which is believed to be a black male in his 30`s, went to the kitchen and fixed himself a hotdog. After eating the hot dog he left. On April 3rd 2014 at around 1445 hours, a young medium height black male subject wearing a white baseball cap, white tee shirt, black jeans, and dark colored sneakers ran up to the elderly victim and stolen her purse. Suspect left on foot, ran past the train tracks heading toward Scott Street Apartments. The victim and several witnesses chased the suspect; however no contact was made. Victim had $743.00 in cash in her purse which was stolen by the suspect.
Suspect: Young looking dark skinned black male, 16-21 years old, 6’-0” to 6’-2”, white baseball cap turned backward, white tee shirt, black jeans, dark colored sneakers.

Two male suspects entered Walmart and stole a desk top computer valued at $500.00. The two suspects were captured on business surveillance putting the computer in a shopping cart and later leaving the business through the business fire exit area without paying for the computer. Suspects were captured on surveillance arriving at the business and later leaving the business in a dark multicolored Chevy Astro or GMC Safari Mini Van.
Suspect(1st): Middle aged black male, 5’09”- 6’00”, 240-280 lbs., medium/heavy build, black hair, blue jeans, dark colored polo shirt.
Suspect(2nd): Elderly black male, 5’10”-6’00”, 175-200 lbs, thin/average build, gray mustache and beard, glasses, wearing a white polo shirt, green hat, khaki pants.

Bossier Crime Stoppers is asking the public for help in finding a suspect wanted on a warrant for a home invasion that took place earlier this month.
25-year old Brandonlyn M. Campbell is wanted by the Bossier City Police Department and the United States Marshall’s Violent Offenders Task Force in connection with a home invasion on March 16, 2014 at the North Park Apartments in the 2500 block of Montgomery Lane. Campbell forced his way into an apartment that was occupied by an acquaintance. Campbell was armed with a firearm at the time and fled the scene prior to officers’ arrival. No one was injured in the incident.
Campbell is a black male, 5’09” tall, weighs 205 pounds and is considered to be armed and dangerous.

Detectives with the Property Crimes Unit are looking for this white male suspect who was caught on surveillance video entering the business around 3:23 p.m. on 3-13-14 and taking the television from its shelf in the electronics section of the store, and then exiting the store with the television in a shopping cart at 3:27 p.m. The suspect then got into the passenger side of a dark blue or black colored Chevrolet Avalanche with chrome colored step bars, and fled the scene.

Detectives with the Property Crimes Unit are looking for the three in connection with a burglary that happened this past weekend at Shooters USA in the 300 block of Magnum Street. The three suspects were caught on surveillance video breaking into the business around 5:45 a.m. Sunday and taking several handguns and a rifle from a display case before fleeing the scene. The suspect’s vehicle was also caught on video. That vehicle appears to be a Chevrolet Malibu.

POLICE SEEK SUSPECT IN CONNECTION WITH MULTIPLE VEHICLE BURGLARIES
The Bossier City Police Department and Bossier Crime Stoppers are asking for the public’s help with identify and locating a man believed to have been involved in more than a dozen vehicle burglaries over the past few weeks.
The suspect was recently caught on camera at a local retailed store using a stolen credit card that was taken in one of the break-ins. He is a white male possibly in his late 20’s or early 30’s with a shaved head and goatee. He also is seen in the video wearing gauge earrings, which are round earrings that fit inside earlobes that are stretched out as illustrated in the attached photo.
The suspect was seen driving a blue SUV, possibly a GMC Envoy, which was also caught on security camera video.
