Old Navy Burglary

Bossier City police and Bossier Crime Stoppers are asking the public for information that will help lead to the arrests of the suspects who burglarized a local business over the weekend and may be connected to similar business break-ins in the area.

Police are looking for the two suspects who broke into the Old Navy Store in the 2700 block of Beene Boulevard early Sunday morning. The suspects entered the business by cutting through the roof and then used a gasoline powered chop saw to cut open a safe from which they took an undisclosed amount of money.
Both suspects were caught on video taken by a security camera inside the store. Each had their faces covered. Detectives with the BCPD Property Crimes Unit believe the suspects may be linked to other recent burglaries that were committed in the same fashion including one that happened last month at Topps Western World in Bossier City as well as two others in Miller County, Arkansas.

Suspect wanted for Felony theft charges out of Bossier City

Bossier City property crimes detectives are asking for the public`s assistance in locating this man, Jeffery Davis. He is wanted on felony theft charges out of Bossier City after being observed via video surveillance entering a local parking garage and stealing a tool box containing several tools that were high in value. Jeffery Davis has been seen driving his white colored regular cab 2000 Chevrolet Silverado (Louisiana license plate # Y058474), as well as a Gold colored 4 door 2004 Pontiac Grand Am sedan (Louisiana license plate # YIW792). On 1-14-15, Bossier City patrol officers observed Jeffery Davis driving in the Gold colored 2004 Pontiac Grand Am, and as officers attempted to pull him over, Jeffery Davis refused to stop the vehicle, and he led officers on a vehicle chase into Shreveport, which ended in the Highland area, where he abandoned the vehicle and fled out of sight. A warrant for flight from an officer, along with 2 more warrants for felony theft and theft of a motor vehicle have since been issued for his arrest. Jeffery Davis is the also suspect in several residential and business burglaries in and around Bossier City over the last few months.

The suspect has been identified as 18 year old Jamar Harrell, who resides in the 2900 block of Jeston Circle. He was arrested and booked into jail by Bossier City property crimes detectives.

 

Bossier City property crimes detectives are asking for the public`s assistance in identifying this black male suspect who was observed on video surveillance breaking into several apartment buildings, as well as the clubhouse at the Holy Cross Villa apartment complex in Bossier City over the course of 3-4 days at the end of December of 2014. Items that were stolen by the suspect during the burglaries consist of 2 large flat screen televisions, money, and miscellaneous jewelry. The suspect may reside in or frequent the neighborhood directly behind the apartment complex, which consist of the following streets: Rebel Drive, Bragg Street, Malvern Street, Hood Drive, Gaines Street, Jeston Circle, and Shiloh Lane, due to it being discovered that he exited towards the direction of that neighborhood with the stolen property each time.

BPSO DETECTIVE NEEDS HELP IDENTIFYING

The black male and white male entered the Chase Bank branch located at 4330 Barksdale Blvd on October 30, 2014 within minutes of each other and both cashed counterfeit payroll checks drawn off of Dale’s Paving Company.  The two then went to Chase Bank located at 2039 Airline Drive the same day and negotiated 2 more counterfeit payroll checks from the same business.  Total loss is $8,483.20.

Bossier City Financial Crimes Task Force Detectives are asking for the public`s assistance in identifying this white male suspect who on11/05/2014, between the hours of 6:25pm and 6:50pm, entered the McDonalds on Benton Spur, as well as the Kroger grocery store on Benton Rd, and used a stolen credit card to purchase several gift cards totaling the amount of $2,992.58.

BPSO ASKS THE PUBLIC FOR HELP IN IDENTIFYING PEOPLE USING FRAUDULENT CHECKS

Bossier Sheriff Detectives are asking for the publics help in identifying two people involved in fraudulent check cashing. Between October 20 thru October 23 an unidentified black male and black female have entered local grocery stores in Bossier, Haughton, and Benton as well as Caddo Parish and Desoto Parish. The two suspects are purchasing beer and cigarettes with the fraudulent checks. They are believed to be in a red Chevy HHR type vehicle. Bossier City property crimes detectives are asking the public`s assistance in identifying this white male suspect and black male suspect. On 11-05-2014 at approximately 1830 hours, the two unidentified suspects entered the Home Depot located in the 2800 block of Airline Drive, where they each loaded up separate shopping carts full of miscellaneous power tools valued at a total of $3,619.00. After filling up their shopping carts with the merchandise, the suspects fled the business through a rear fire exit to an awaiting vehicle.

Bossier City property crimes detectives are asking for the public`s assistance in identifying this white male suspect who on 11-8-14, was observed at a local casino sitting on a motorized scooter that did not belong to him, and then riding the motorized scooter off of the property. An unidentified white female subject was observed with the suspect while on the casino floor, and she was observed walking behind the suspect as they exited the casino and property together. It was later discovered that the white female had previously filled out and used a gamers club card while on the casino floor, and the name on the card is Tena Garner. It is unknown at this time if Tena Garner is the white female`s real name.

Super 1 cell phone theft

Bossier City property crimes detectives are asking for the public`s assistance in identifying this white female who on 10-3-14, was observed stealing the victim`s Samsung Galaxy Note 3 cell phone inside of the Super 1 Foods grocery store located on Airline Drive in Bossier City. The theft was caught on the store`s surveillance cameras. The suspect was observed paying for her groceries with a Louisiana EBT card, and it was later discovered that the first name on the EBT card is Jennifer. Upon exiting the store, the suspect got into what appeared to be a silver or tan colored passenger car (possibly a Honda Accord) and left the property.

Valero store theft of money

STATUS: ARRESTED

Bossier City property crimes detectives are asking for the public`s assistance in identifying this black male suspect with long dreadlocks who on 10-5-14, entered the office of the Valero convenience store located in Bossier City and stole a large sum of cash, and then ran out of the business.

***Update***
The black male suspect was seen inside of the Valero convenience store approximately 10 minutes prior to the theft. At that time, he did not have a ball cap on, and was wearing a white t-shirt with the same dark colored shorts that were worn at the time of the theft. After observing the money inside of the store’s management office, the suspect went back outside and put on a Baltimore Orioles baseball cap and a pink colored Polo-type shirt on over his white t-shirt. Upon fleeing the store, witnesses observed the suspect get into the passenger side of a silver or gray colored a Nissan Sentra.

AT&T Wireless cell phone theft

Bossier City property crimes detectives are asking for the public`s assistance in identifying this black male suspect who on 9-5-14, was observed entering 2 AT&T Wireless stores in Bossier City, where he ended up stealing several smartphones that were on display. At the time of the thefts, the employees at each of the stores were assisting other customers, and were not aware that the suspect had stolen the cell phones until they noticed that the phones were missing later on in the day. At the first AT&T Wireless store, a black colored LG G3 cell phone (valued at $579.99) was stolen, and at the second AT&T Wireless store, a white colored Samsung Note 3 (valued at $659.00), a black colored Samsung Galaxy S5 (valued at $584.00), and a green colored Samsung Galaxy S5 Active (valued at $594.00) were stolen. The suspect appears to possibly have a small dark colored beard along his jaw line to his chin.

Wal-Mart lawn mower theft suspects

Bossier City property crimes detectives are asking the public`s assistance in identifying this black male suspect and white female suspect. On 05-19-2014 the two unidentified suspects stole a push lawn mower from 2536 Airline Dr. Bossier City, La (Wal-Mart). The white female suspect and black male suspect were then observed entering a dark colored Jeep Cherokee and leaving the scene without paying for the lawn mower. The lawn mower was valued at $200.00.

Detectives need your help in identifying and locating this Walmart theft suspect
September 09, 2014

STATUS: ARRESTED

Bossier City property crimes detectives are asking the public`s assistance in identifying this black female suspect who was observed on 2 separate occasions exiting the Walmart on Airline Drive in Bossier City with merchandise in her shopping cart that she did not purchase.

On 3-31-14, the suspect loaded up her shopping cart with $1,097.08 worth of miscellaneous merchandise that included adult and children’s clothing, several boxes of diapers, and several boxes of baby wipes. The suspect then walked the shopping cart full of the merchandise past the check-out counters, and she exited the store without paying for the merchandise. The suspect was observed putting the stolen property into a white or pearl colored Cadillac Escalade pickup truck, and then leaving the scene.

On 8-10-14, this same black female suspect returned to the Walmart on Airline Drive in Bossier City, where she placed an empty storage container into her shopping cart. The suspect then proceeded to place $727.22 worth of miscellaneous clothing and school supplies into the empty storage container. The suspect then removed several bags from an empty register, and she bagged up the merchandise that she had placed into the storage container. After bagging up the merchandise, the suspect exited the store without purchasing the merchandise, and she put it into the same white or pearl colored Cadillac Escalade pickup truck. The suspect then fled the scene.

Detectives with the Bossier City property crimes division are requesting the public`s assistance in identifying this middle aged black male suspect with a dark skin complexion, bald head, and heavy build. His height appears to be between 5’.08”- 6`00” and his weight appears to be between 250-300lbs and he was wearing a white shirt, black shorts, and black sneakers. On August 13th 2014, this suspect entered the CASH-N-A FLASH pawn shop, located at 4601 East Texas Street in Bossier City, and walked around the business for several minutes. Shortly after entering the business, the subject removed a firearm from the business’ rack and left the business with the firearm without paying for it. The suspect is also wanted in connection to a previous theft incident at the same business. Detectives need help identifying a vehicle burglar

: On July 28th 2014 around 1330 hours in the afternoon, the victim parked her vehicle in the general parking lot of the casino. Shortly after leaving her vehicle, a white male subject wearing a fluorescent green tee shirt and black shorts walked up to the victim’s vehicle and stole a bag containing various pieces of property from the victim’s vehicle. Suspect then left the area with the victim’s property.

 

Suspect: Middle aged white male, slightly balding at the top of his head, roughly 5’-10”, 240lbs, wearing a fluorescent green tee shirt and black shorts.

Detectives need help locating cigarette bandit

WANTED: Donna Hall B/F DOB 11-08-1969 is wanted in connection with a theft that occurred at 4629 E. Texas St. Bossier city, La (Circle K).
